Paul Church, who are you, I hear you scream? Well, first of all, I am a father and a partner. I run. I lift weights. I DJ. And in 2021 I decided to give up alcohol so I could stop wasting days, stop feeling bad about myself and focus 100% on being a better human being to myself and those I love. I jump in an ice bath every morning, I breathe, I workout and then I am ready for my day. But that's probably not why you're here. If you are on this site, it probably means you care less about what I eat and how great of a DJ I am, and are probably more bothered about what I do professionally. I have spent 15 years working in recruitment and talent acquisition. I am a Sales & Business Leader AND if I dare say it, a damn good recruiter as well. I invest myself wholeheartedly and authentically into both my team and our collective mission. Over the past two years, my podcast has been a platform for engaging discussions with some of the most innovative minds in recruitment, talent acquisition, and people and culture.
